Job Description
Our Client is offering a unique 3-month project for entry-level Mechanical Engineers to gain invaluable exposure to automated engineering products. This opportunity involves working in the field in Casper, Wyoming, where interns will troubleshoot, test, and install new custom equipment. This position provides paid experience with an engineering company known for developing innovative equipment, supporting the clean energy sector and automation.
ResponsibilitiesInstall and troubleshoot large complex equipment.Test and assemble new custom equipment.Perform field service tasks related to electronics and programmable logic controllers.Work collaboratively in a team to ensure successful equipment installation and operation.Essential SkillsExperience or interest in installation and troubleshooting.Field service skills related to electronics and programmable logic controllers.Mechanical aptitude and ability to work outdoors during peak summer months.Additional Skills & QualificationsConstruction experience is beneficial.A willingness to be outdoors for extended periods of time.Work Environment
The intern will work as part of a team of six people, reporting to the global field service manager. The role requires comfort with working in various weather conditions during peak summer months. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
