Title: Mechanical Rotating Supervisor + Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team. + Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman. + Organize manpower resources, equipments and materials availability. + Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work. + Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipments. + Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job. + Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained. + Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings. + Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines. + Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work. + Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards. + Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts. + Participates in Safety audits. + Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled. + Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. + Minimum 10 years experience as Supervisor in maintenance of Rotating equipments like Various types of Pumps & Compressors, Steam and Gas turbines, Gear boxes, Conveyors, fin fans, Safety valves, Alignment techniques, etc. + Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills + Proven leadership skills with large organizations + Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems + An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
