Job description: 

As a Medical Assistant/MA-C, you’ll help with administrative and clinical tasks like scheduling appointments, updating information in EPIC and taking patients’ vital signs at appointments. Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants. OrCoursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program. OrCoursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces. OrCoursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification6 months Healthcare experience.6 months Medical Assistant experience
