Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Location: First Hill area of Seattle, Washington

 

Job description:

As a Medical Assistant (MA-C), you’ll help with administrative and clinical tasks like scheduling appointments, updating information in EPIC and taking patients’ vital signs at appointments. Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants. OrCoursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program. OrCoursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces. OrCoursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration. OrWashington Medical Assistant Certification upon hireNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.6 months Healthcare experience6 months Medical Assistant experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
