**Job Description** Shift 6am-4pm Friday-Monday General Purpose Properly melt and transfer product (butter) to the correct holding tank. Minimize loss by proper draining. Job Duties and Responsibilities + Maintain complete and accurate records on product produced + Assist operator in packaging of finished product and other duties where needed + Maintain a clean working area and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly + Ensure all product is labeled, and code date is correct before moving to storage + Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues + Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements + Attend required training, including but not limited to: GMP’s HAACP, SQF, and Safety + The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
