**Responsibilities** This position contributes to the mission and vision of CHI Health Good Samaritan by providing customer service to members as well as non-members of the CHI Health Wellness Center, in a manner consistent with the policies and beliefs the organization. **Essential Key Job Responsibilities** 1. Provide customer service, to include checking members check in and problem solving for all customer. 2. Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records. 3. Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members 4. Helps with planning, scheduling, and organizing of special projects and events. 5. Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication 6. Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction 7.
