Merchandising Senior Analyst
Overview Lead Merchandising Associate - Business Operations The Lead Merchandising Associate will be part of Business Operations team where you will leverage your technical skills and business acumen to achieve the organization and team goals. Primary Responsibilities: • Workload Allocation: Responsible for planning, prioritizing, managing, and allocating workload subject to managers sign off and ensure the daily deliverables are completed within the specified SLA. • Company Projects: Drive and lead projects under supervision of the manager at the department level such as factory ship/dropship project to support company’s new initiatives. • Reporting: Responsible for providing ad hoc reports to senior leaders on the volumes for a particular time frame. • Scorecared: Publish weekly and monthly dashboards for the team based on the volumes for a particular time frame. • Quality Check: Responsible for quality audits and checks for all the team members and share learnings for each of divisions. • Supplier Communication: Responsible for driving communication with supplier to ensure the data on smart forms is accurate and timely. Core Competencies & Accomplishments: • 4 to 6 years of experience in Retail and Merchandising - Item Set Up, Category Management and Catalogue management. • Communicates with various levels of management including merchandising managers, buyers, assistant buyers, and merchandising assistance. • Critical thinking, problem solving, mentoring and decision-making system. • Proficiency in Oracle RMS, data master, PIM, or other related tools. • Proficiency in Intermediate Excel. • Good Communication skills both verbal and written.
