Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Manager I – Operations & Maintenance to lead and coordinate maintenance and operations support activities across small to medium-sized industrial contracts or facilities. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in O&M practices, who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering operational excellence and client satisfaction. • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with client plant managers, conducting regular reviews and maintaining strong, solution-oriented relationships. • Operational Oversight: Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. • Contract Compliance: Ensure all work aligns with contract terms and Fluor’s Operating System Requirements • Business Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of Site Business Plans, including budget tracking, performance metrics, and utilization reporting. • Risk Management: Monitor and assess operational risks, escalating significant issues to senior leadership. • Team Development: Support hiring, training, and performance management of staff to foster a high-performing, safety-conscious workforce. • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and commercial negotiations for new and existing contracts. • Continuous Improvement: Apply analytical tools to assess client operations and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. • Other duties as assigned Job ID: 150105BR City: Lebanon State: Indiana Country: United States We are an equal opportunity employer.
