Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Attorney with our client, you will:
+ Litigate and oversee complex fraud cases involving healthcare insurance and related industries.
+ Manage discovery processes, including drafting motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
+ Analyze legal claims and collaborate with partners to develop case strategies.
+ Represent clients in court and administrative hearings as required.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
+ 5+ years of litigation experience (trial experience is a strong plus).
+ Strong skills in legal writing, particularly in discovery and motions practice.
+ Experience or interest in insurance defense, healthcare fraud, or insurance fraud litigation.
+ Proven experience with arguing motions, handling depositions, and trial preparation.
+ Exceptional academic credentials, analytical skills, and writing ability.
+ A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to handle substantive responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
+ Litigation Experience: At least 5 years, with a preference for those who have been involved in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
+ Strong Writing Skills: Discovery experience and motion drafting are essential.
+ Insurance Defense Background: Familiarity with cases tied to insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, or health policy.
