What You'll Do
The Events Specialist supports the planning and execution of various client event initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Events team.
You will help implement events with precision and attention to detail, while learning best practices in event management at BCG. You will contribute to the smooth execution of events by coordinating logistics, supporting communications, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that high standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities include:
Support event conceptualization in line with objectives, audience, and stakeholder guidanceAssist in the coordination and execution of client events, including logistics, invitations, on-site support, and follow-upSupport the tracking and reconciliation of event budgetsAssist with managing internal and external vendors and service providersPrepare and maintain event documentation including run-of-shows, guest lists, timelines, and briefing materialsHelp with the implementation of internal tools and databases, including CRM updates and event feedback trackingCoordinate with global and regional teams to support local events with BCG best practicesSupport measurement and reporting efforts to capture the success and ROI of eventsStay organized and proactive in managing multiple events at different planning stagesAll other tasks as required by the Line manager and Marketing DirectorWhat You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in event coordination or marketingStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesAbility to prioritize tasks and to perform effectively under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills; fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plusProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from senior team members and contribute actively to team successPassion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong project coordination and communication skillsAbility to adapt and stay energized in fast-paced environmentsReliability and a solution-focused mindsetInitiative-driven approach with a continuous learning attitudeWho You'll Work With
You will be supporting the Marketing Team and working closely with the broader Business Services Team. You will regularly interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
The mission of this group is to help the company arrange external events to the highest quality. The Middle East Marketing team exists to strengthen the regional brand positioning and support the commercial agenda. BCG Marketing’s strategic objectives cover strategic partnerships, audience centricity, positioning & activation and brand experience tailored for our local audiences.
