Summary: Seeking an experienced MMIC Director with expertise in semiconductor technology and signal intelligence within the microwave tuner market for aerospace and defense applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 12+ years of technical experience in R&D and production focusing on MMICs, MCMs, and tuners for aerospace and defense. Experience leading P&L organizations with accountability for bookings, revenue, EBITDA, and cash targets. Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Preferred Skills:

Master's in Engineering or MBA. Existing security clearance.

Responsibilities:

Lead program management including quality assurance and process implementation. Manage product life cycle from concept through production transition. Build high-performing engineering teams with innovative vision. Travel as needed (25-30%).

Pay Details: $162,000.00 to $280,000.00 per year
