\nABOUT THE ROLE :
\nThe Multi-channel (MC) Representative should introduce DHL services and maintain contact with customers by the means of telephone, e-mail. Develop and uphold existing customers as well as work up new potential customers with an aim to achieve individual sales targets and meet customer needs. Responsible for adhoc and non-account customers.
\nYOUR TASKS:
\n\n Responsible for Direct Marketing (MC) and non- account customers, their supervison, serving and monioring.\nPlanning and organising campaigns for MC or non-account customers.\nis important.Campaigns Analysis, follow up.\nMonitoring market in terms of pricing for MC customers and competition situation; \nMaintain relationships with current partners - service providers in all LT cities. Regular update and communication of new pricing or campaings. \nAdhere to regional standards on agreed procedures and processes\nEnsure co-operation with other members of the sales team and throughout the sales force.\nProvide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.\nSelling activities of Express and Economy services to Direct Marketing customers.\nCall prospect and regular customers (35 phone calls a day) to achieve agreed budget. The intention is to inform and sell DHL services, provide customers with the required information, send mailing.\nMaintain and develop sales to assigned customers to give them full information about DHL and sell products and service.\nBudget: be responsible for achieving scheduled goals. \nParticipate in sales campaigns and activities on a central and local level.\nUpdate knowledge of changes, new products, new and closed marketing activities, competition and market trends to be competitive and professional in selling.\nTo plan and prioritise the sales activities monthly, quarterly and yearly on the basis of portfolio analysis. Re-allocation is done twice per year.\nTechnical Aid: Comet is a database for information employed for both MC sales and marketing activities. As a result it is utterly important that it is regularly updated and used in the best way possible.\nPrepare statistical and informational reports to inform about actual situation and customers needs.\n\nYOUR PROFILE :
\n\nPreferably holds at least bachelor’s degree in business.\nCan do attitude combined with analytical thinking.\nGood communication skills with excellent telephone manner\nSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure.\nExcellent organisational skills\nCustomer Service orientation\nCustomer and sales orientation\nTeam Orientation\n\nWE OFFER :
