NAS Project Services Implementation Consultant I
As anImplementation Consultant,you are responsible for handling all client-initiated projects across the Payroll, HR & Time domains of multiple products offered by ADP that are considered change controls and/or additional business for existing National Account Services (NAS) clients. You will supportas the ADP Project Manager during the implementation of new, or modification of one or more product set-up. This involves coordination with internal and external partners for the successful completion of the approved client project. The Implementation Consultant owns the accountability to accurately capture and analyze the client needs, perform the correct system configuration, test, and validate expected results, educate the client practitioner, and successfully transition the client to the steady-state support of the NAS Service organization. Client communication & engagement are facilitated through multiple channels like scheduled meetings or outbound calls, Email, and through the Data-Secured case management system of ADP. The Implementation Consultant is also occasionally engaged to own special projects as determined business and role appropriate by the Delivery Manager.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in HCM related field or equivalent education and experience. Experience working on multiple, concurrent projects is required. Proficient PC Navigation skills. High volume, problem resolution, technical client services experience Experience or Training in Project Management is helpful. Experience in conducting Training sessions is helpful. US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus. Technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems in implementations is highly preferred (HR, Payroll, Time). Industry related certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) etc. are a plus. Work experience or certifications in Business Analysis, Networking, Database Usage, SQL is highly preferred.
