National Project Manager – Residential VIC

The Position

Reporting into the National Account Manager - Residential, your primary focus will be on managing quotes end-to-end for major customers, liaising with third-party scheduling teams, and collaborating with Residential sales teams to grow and drive projects in the low-rise multi-residential sector, including NDIS projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing quotes from initiation to completion for major customers, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryCollaborating with third-party scheduling teams to ensure seamless project executionProviding exceptional customer service throughout the quoting and delivery processWorking closely with the National Account Management team to execute strategies that drive robust growth.Performing strategic planning and analysis to identify opportunities for incremental revenue growthImplementing sales tools and processes to enhance team performance and drive sales outcomesCollaborating with Residential BDMs to identify and execute growth opportunities in low-rise multi-residential projectsWorking with key internal stakeholders to create and implement best-practice processes that optimize project outcomes.

What will make you succeed in this role?

Tertiary qualification in business/sales/marketing preferredMinimum 5 years demonstrated sales experience in hardware, manufacturing or FMCGAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Product and industry knowledge within the building industry is advantageousDemonstrated experience in the implementation of key business strategies.
