The job purpose and scope of the National Sales Manager is to lead our sales team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the medical device industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and market expansion. **What You’ll Do** + Developing specific, measurable objectives from the organizations business purpose. Ensuring in the case of our multi-product, multimarket, enterprises that objectives and responsibilities are established for each product and market, as well as the whole organization. + Influencing a cross-functional team to develop the plans and processes required for mission and objectives fulfillment. + Developing detailed strategy for achieving organizational objectives and setting priorities for concentrated effort, guiding the evolution of the markets that we serve, using in-depth understanding of competitive forces, market dynamics, market needs assessments and leveraging internal strengths to develop and deliver effective solutions. + Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance and professional development. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders. + Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results. + Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. + Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 4 or more years of management, sales & marketing management experience in Med Device, Pharma, Healthcare and 5 or more years of management, sales & marketing management regional experience from other industries. + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to travel nationally as required. + Required languages: English and Spanish + International experience preferred **Key attributes considered necessary for success** + Ability to work collaboratively, internally and externally. + Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. + Ability to lead a team and work in a group environment, including interaction with Senior / Executive level leadership. + Must be highly analytical; possess strong interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiation and teamwork skills. + Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. + Ability to think strategically, develop frameworks and platforms that ensure optimal and unfettered access to business tools, assets and capabilities. + Demonstrated management skill. + Proven ability to employ various flexible communications vehicles to drive messaging across a broad, varied and dispersed commercial organizations.
