Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management, monitoring, and maintenance of our organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability across all systems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong experience in configuring network hardware, managing firewalls, and supporting enterprise network environments. + Maintain and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to latency, connectivity, or outages + Implement and maintain network security policies, including access controls, firewalls, and encryption protocols + Perform regular firmware and software updates on network equipment + Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and IP addressing schemes + Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation + Conduct regular network assessments, documentation, and audits + Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support systems integration and project rollouts + Provide Tier 2/3 network support and escalation for help desk teams Requirements + Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + 3–5+ years of experience in network administration or a similar role + Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.) + Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar networking equipment + Experience managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, and enterprise Wi-Fi + Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) + Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills + Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA, Network+, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security+) Call today for Immediate Consideration!
