Job Description

Join our Network Access & Hybrid Work organization to redefine how we deliver in-building and at-home networks for our workforce. As part of an agile DevOps and SRE team, you will operate and automate network capabilities across wired, wireless, and home/remote/VPN access solutions.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and automate network capabilities for wired, wireless, and remote access solutions.Work as part of an agile DevOps and SRE team to manage Cisco enterprise networks.Redefine network delivery for both in-building and at-home networks.Provide on-call support and perform off-shift or weekend project work as needed.Collaborate with global peer teams for network operations and automation.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.5+ years of relevant work experience in network operations.CCNA certification or DevNet Associate or higher.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with CI/CD, git, pipelines, and modern APIs.Experience with networking technologies including switching, routing, and wireless.Experience with controller- or cloud-managed networks like Cisco Catalyst Center and Meraki.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to provide on-call support.Ability to work off-shift/weekend hours as needed.Acceptance of limited travel for site turn-up or operational work.Experience in incident and service management.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Motivation to work with remote teams from a global organization.Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 2-3 days onsite as needed. Work locations include Raleigh, NC and San Jose, CA, with offshift work required during nights or weekends. The team operates in an agile DevOps and SRE environment, utilizing modern technologies and practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
