STATUS: Per Diem, with a minimum hourly requirement of 48 hours worked per quarter

LOCATION: Newark Wayne Community Hospital, Clifton Springs Hospital, & Rochester General Hospital

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care - Provide direct and indirect patient care activities, facilitating wherever needed. Work with patients in relation to nutrition, skin integrity, elimination and hygiene needs. Obtain patient vital signs. Will vary by unit.Admission & Discharge - Assist with the admission, discharge and transfer of patients. Will vary by unit.Clerical Management - Maintain patient charts as needed, per unit requirements.

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
