The Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Night Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within company and distribution center standards.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 pm until 4:30 am.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Plan, manage and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouseEffective planning to forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs in order to meet projected productivity and expense budgetsSupervise warehouse activities using proper training, accuracy systems and programsControl production standards as well as meet projections for labor expensesCoordinate functions between shifts to effectively complete the workloadWalk all areas of the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained and comply with Company standards, associates are working safely, potential safety hazards are identified and addressed, and potential damage is identified and correctedPlan and assigns work for most efficient use of personnel and equipmentMaintain daily production and accuracy recordsMaintain company policies and contractual agreementsDevelop productive associates through training, and coaching, in order to achieve company goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain good working relationship with all departments within supply chainPerform other duties as assigned, to include special projects QualificationsYou have:
Minimum 3 years of experience, formal training and/or education in warehouse operations, preferably with the Company or in the distribution industry.Must have working knowledge of government regulations pertaining to warehouse operations.Possess good leadership skills and the ability to supervise the work of others. Must be able to motivate and work with and through others to achieve desires results.Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. Deal effectively with a wide variety of people both in person and over the telephone.Basic computer skills required and personal computer experience, with work processing and spreadsheet applications preferred.Requires the analytical ability to handle administrative duties and mental alertness to ensure accurate, safe, and thorough completion of work activities.Possess ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions.Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
