About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider with Internal Medicine, you will work within a collaborative and supportive team of nine physicians and five other APPs committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality patient care. Patient volume is approximately 14 patients per day for annual wellness visits, sick visits and follow ups, and mental health care.

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner programLicensed as PA or NP in the state of Utah or able to obtainBoard certification by AANP, ANCC or NCCPABLS certificationDEA and full prescriptive authority in UtahAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$54.84 - $84.63
