**Job Description**
**In support of the financial objectives of the organization, responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all aspects of the NYS HCRA (Health Care Reform Act) Surcharge, Statewide Pool and Cash Receipts Assessment reporting requirements for all Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities by the NYS required due date. Includes proposing, coordinating and implementing necessary changes to the visit level carriers and/or plans, researching payers election status, tracking surchargeable patient payments, auditing filed reports to ensure accuracy, analysis of applicable general ledger accounts and coordination of HCRA audit activities. Has ultimate responsibility to be in compliance of all NYS reporting regulations and guidelines. Includes Kaleida Buffalo, Olean General Hospital, Brooks, Cuba and any future KH affiliate hospitals.**
**Education And Credentials**
**Associate's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required. Bachelor's degree om Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.**
**Experience**
**3 years of experience in Patient Financial Services, Finance or Accounting required. 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferred.**

**Salary Range:** $74,724.00 - $102,550.50
*Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
