This role will lead the vertical marketing OEM sales team (Water & Pump, HVAC & Refrigeration; Air-compressor; Food & Beverage, textile, material handling, metal products ) in DCD China to maintain and develop/expand key OEM customers to foster the business vertical marketing business growth; The role is key to lead the DCD China OEM sales team to build strategic partnership relationship with OEM Customers with full value chain competition. The role will develop the OEM sales team with Danfoss solution providing and value creation.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop the OEM business for Drives China to achieve sales target and to increase SOW of Danfoss Drives in the Key OEM customers in selected vertical marketing (Water &Pump, HVAC & Refrigeration; Air-compressor; Food & Beverage, textile, material handling, metal products)
Build up sales growth strategy with market share gain for Drives OEM business for short term, middle term & long term and ensure its implementation as well
Provide the value-added solutions to key OEM customers through competing full value chain approach to enhance business growth, satisfaction & loyalty with key OEM customers
Build up a high-performing OEM sales team with growth mindset
Background & SkillsEducation background: Bachelor’s degree at least with the related engineering major like mechanical, electronics, electrical or automative control etc. Master’s degree is a plus
At least 10 years’ working experience in the OEM sales in the industry of automative control or other related
At least 5 years’ managerial experience in sales function with a team size of 10+ people
Have strong strategic thinking to build up the business strategy with result-orientation
Have customer focus and systemic thinking to lead the time for Danfoss System solution value providing
Have good collaborative communication skill both in English & Chinese
