Your ‘day to day’:
Identify, recruit, and negotiate with LAMPs willing to collaborate, allowing activities to inform, engage, and switch different communities. Engage consumers in a highly effective and responsible manner, achieving agreed commercial targets and conversion rate objectives.
Major accountabilities:
Recruit, develop, and enable suitable LAMPs for conversion strategies, influencing current consumers in various occasions and environments.Recruit, train, and lead a team of IQOS Coaches.Identify opportunities to improve the experience in trials.Support the consumer journey (activities may include: demonstration, soft lending, follow-up, tester kit pick-up, support during purchasing) and minimize adoption barriers by leveraging other commercialization channels, services, and programs.Strategic planning to provide optimal conditions for coach activations (outlet, day, hour, staff engagement, etc.). Visit at least 60% of activations and ensure optimal execution of staff trainings and incentives.Identify and engage relevant LAS Key LAMP staff and owners to inform and convert them, accelerating the conversion of the consumer base in the territory.Provide feedback and insights to support the design and definition of the IQOS Coach Leader call mission, propose new solutions to satisfy consumer needs, and find solutions for solving simple problems.
Who we’re looking for:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in On Trade, Sales, Trade Marketing, or B2C business.Experience in commercialization and distribution channels (desirable).Experience in brand development through merchandising and events (desirable).Strong communication and connection skills with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Persuasive skills, relevant networking with main national groups of LAMPs, deep understanding of sales strategies, and highly skilled at analyzing performance metrics.Fluent in English and Spanish.
