Job Description

The Operations Administrator assists in maintaining the overall flow of workplace operations. They are the central point of contact and support all departments at the BP Store Support Center. This role will keep track of essential contact information, assigned projects, invoicing, reporting, and recordkeeping. Essential job functions will vary from day to day based on business need.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Retrieve data to prepare various daily, weekly and monthly reportsDistribute communication to the Operations Team regarding customer inquiries electronically and by phoneOrganize and maintain files and recordsCoordinate schedules, meeting and travel arrangementsPrepare correspondence and other materialsAssist in managing P-card and expense reportsOrder fulfillment for new/existing stores and Store Support Center.Assist in new store setup  Prepare reports, memos, letters of direction and other forms as requiredOther duties as assigned

QualificationsMinimum of 2 years related administrative experienceMeticulous attention to detailProblem solverMotivated to learn, can work individually or as part of a team.Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast pace environmentAbility to learn to use new software as required
