Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Delivery Admin Team Leader to oversee the performance of our responsive and reactive administration team within the Operations Centre. Reporting directly to the Delivery Administration Manager, you will support the delivery of contract KPIs by leading a high-performing admin team, ensuring smooth workflow allocation, system efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative leader, passionate about continuous improvement, customer service, and motivating teams in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the administration team in delivering reactive and planned maintenance work under the NSW LAHC contract Manage escalations, workflow allocation, and staff scheduling to meet KPIs and client expectations Train new team members and maintain development plans for ongoing upskilling Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in collaboration with system stakeholders Act as the knowledge point for systems, procedures, and contract requirements during team absencesEducation, Experience & Skills
Essential:
3+ years of relevant call centre or admin team experience Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven leadership capabilities in service or support team environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems Strong attention to detail and customer service focusDesirable:
Certificate IV or higher in Customer Service or related field Experience working within FM or government contracts Familiarity with trade allocation, KPIs, or reactive maintenance environmentsWorkplace Flexibility
This position is based full-time on-site at the BGIS Operations Centre in Sydney.
