Overview The Operations Coordinator performs one or more set of tasks supporting the Recruiting, Operations, Travel, Quality, and Finance functions within a large, nationwide operation that supports our federal, state, and local customers, prime and sub-contractors, and the supported end users. The Resource Coordinator reports to the Resource Supervisor and works in coordination with other Coordinators and Supervisors within the business unit and across program departments. Essential Job Duties Plans, coordinates, and performs priority tasks as assigned by the direct Supervisor. Assists in the implementation of program policies, processes, procedures, and standards to help achieve business and operational objectives. Coordinates efforts with various business unit and program departments, to include Recruiting, Operations, Travel, Quality, and Finance. Utilizes various Microsoft suite products and other databases to achieve assigned tasks. Develops and maintains program files and program databases per direction of the Supervisor. Maintains appropriate records of research methods and results of data collection. Performs one or more of the following key tasks: Contacts and coordinates the process steps for the qualification of new workforce candidates. Contacts and confirms the availability of existing workforce staff to fulfill work orders and other requirements directly supporting the customer(s). Receives, processes, and fulfills travel support requests to support fulfillment operations. Processes supply chain (e.g., workforce and vendors) and customer work acceptance forms and invoices for payment by calculating applicable contract times, rates, and terms. Assists in resolving payment issues. Contacts and coordinates with the workforce to collect required documentation. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager or direct Supervisor. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field; OR equivalent experience. Minimum two years of work experience directly related to recruiting, operations, travel, quality, and/or finance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong computer and software proficiency to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets and reports, high proficiency in typing and automated processes. Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, strong work ethic and ability to understand and appreciate mission requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills and capacity to coordinate effectively with internal and external customers. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Spanish-English bilingual strongly preferred. Work Environment Normal office working conditions. Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary. May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs. May require up to 15% travel in support of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
