Operations Liaison Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented, problem solver to lead a localized team in key metro-markets, ensuring operational accuracy and completeness of data before transactions reach ESC. This role bridges communication and process gaps and supports key initiatives, training and process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical insight, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and client satisfaction. OCF and EPM/SmartView experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Regional Oversight

Manage and mentor functional leads to drive team effectiveness and ensure alignment with company goals. Set clear performance objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and support team members’ professional development. Oversee workload distribution, address operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Contract Data Management

Ensure accurate contract data attributes are maintained across all operational systems. Collaborate with internal departments (legal, sales, finance, operations) to validate and reconcile contract details. Identify and resolve discrepancies to uphold data integrity and ensure compliance.

Client Escalation & Issue Resolution

Serve as the primary contact for high-priority client escalations in the region. Triage and prioritize client issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, professional resolutions. Monitor resolution timelines and keep stakeholders and clients informed with regular updates.

Operational Reporting

Provide insightful regional reporting on agreed upon/relevant KPI metrics. Collaborate with leadership to implement standard operating procedures and lead strategic initiatives. Participate in audits and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in operations management or a similar role. Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational efficiency. Experience with contract data management, client issue resolution, collections, procurement, and client onboarding. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Pay:  $89,900 - $120,000 base salary + commission and auto allowance

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Experience with large ERP systems, preferred JDE and Oracle Financials
