We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Fiber Optic Construction projects throughout the state of Oregon and southern WA. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all telecom construction projects. This role drives alignment between internal teams and project goals, while continuously improving processes, managing performance, and supporting company growth through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
