**About the Role**
The **Operations Project Leader** is a strategic advisor and execution partner responsible for driving operational effectiveness, managing cross-functional initiatives, and aligning priorities across the organization.
This role will report to the SVP and support them in strategic planning, ensuring that key objectives are met and that the operations leadership team remains focused and coordinated.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution** : Drive alignment and execution of key operational strategies and initiatives, ensuring timely progress on the SVP’s priorities and organizational goals.
+ **Operational Rhythm & Governance** : Manage leadership meetings, operating cadences, and performance reviews; track action items and ensure follow-through across the operations function.
+ **Project Leadership:** Lead or support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, acting as a force multiplier for the SVP by advancing workstreams independently.
+ **Executive Communication & Decision Support:** Prepare executive-level presentations, briefs, and reports; synthesize data and insights to support effective decision-making by the SVP.
+ **Stakeholder Alignment & Liaison Role** : Serve as a trusted point of contact between key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across team
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 7+ year’s experience in project management or business operations
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ MBA
+ Demonstrated business management , financial acumen and analytical skills
+ Strong experience with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint including storyboarding, building charts, graphs etc. and ability to assemble supporting materials for review
+ Independently driven problem solver with the appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment
+ Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives in a global organization
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences
