This role will report to the SVP and support them in strategic planning, ensuring that key objectives are met and that the operations leadership team remains focused and coordinated. **Key Responsibilities** + **Strategic Planning & Execution** : Drive alignment and execution of key operational strategies and initiatives, ensuring timely progress on the SVP’s priorities and organizational goals. + **Operational Rhythm & Governance** : Manage leadership meetings, operating cadences, and performance reviews; track action items and ensure follow-through across the operations function. + **Project Leadership:** Lead or support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, acting as a force multiplier for the SVP by advancing workstreams independently. + **Executive Communication & Decision Support:** Prepare executive-level presentations, briefs, and reports; synthesize data and insights to support effective decision-making by the SVP. + **Stakeholder Alignment & Liaison Role** : Serve as a trusted point of contact between key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across team **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + 7+ year’s experience in project management or business operations **Preferred Qualifications** + MBA + Demonstrated business management , financial acumen and analytical skills + Strong experience with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint including storyboarding, building charts, graphs etc. and ability to assemble supporting materials for review + Independently driven problem solver with the appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment + Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives in a global organization + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences \#LI- Onsite **RSRCAR** **_Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
