What will You do:

·Ensures that safety guidelines are always followed by workers·Provides immediate supervision to a group of operational employees in direct production and indirect support functions in an electromechanical manufacturing environment connected with aerospace ·Implements, supervises, and executes scheduled production plans ·Coordinates workload and capacity requirements and work scheduling with teams ·Develops, reviews, and maintains staffing requirements ·Collaborates with engineers to evaluate current work tools, processes, tooling/equipment, and lean manufacturing concepts·Lead continuous improvement activates·Identifies training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools·Possibility of two shift work

What will You need:

·Bachelor’s degree·Experience in electrical / electronic manufacturing would be an advantage·Working experience with AS 9100 standards- mandatory·3 years’ experience in leadership position in manufacturing environment with LEAN leadership principles·Fluent English language skills·Spanish language skills would be an advantage·Solid knowledge in Lean Management·Ability to quickly learn processes, equipment and tools used in specific areas of responsibility·Ability to analyze data and prepare reports / presentations of ongoing manufacturing processes·Solid communication skills - both written and verbal·Ability to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional area·Excellent problem solving skills·Mobility and willingness to temporarily relocateWhat will You gain:Salary range from  10 700 to 16 000 PLN gross – depending on experiencePrivate health insurance, life and accident insurance, and a MyBenefit/Multikafeteria packageParticipate in the company performance bonus programPPK payment account up to 4% of your compensation, depending on seniorityEmployee Benefit FundMeal vouchersExperienced team and professional development
