\n\nHelp lead a dynamic team of Operations Agents in meeting performance standards consistently\nSupport the Operations Supervisor in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives\nMaintain all regulatory and internal policies, procedures, and practices\nParticipate in investigations of disciplinary and WHS incidents/near misses/injuries and assist in preparing relevant reports\nProvide on-the-ground leadership and guidance to the team\nTaking the lead in the absence of the supervisor\nPlanning, resource allocation, and delegation to achieve KPIs\nDrive our Respect and Results culture through active participation, respect, helpfulness and empathetic leadership\nThis is a full-time position working approx 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm\nThis is a grade 8 role\n\nWHAT CAN YOU BRING?
