This role is open to candidates without prior experience/internship(s) in operations.

Responsibilities: 

Support Order Processing team in order raising and PO generation 

Perform system Good Receipt and Delivery Note picking and packing on partner service or vendor contract and e-licenses 

Follow up on delivery doc sign-off and contract deliverables 

Other ad-hoc admin task supporting the Ops team   

 

Role Requirements: 

Diploma and/or Undergraduate in Business Admin or Business Management studies 

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel) 

Good time management and communication skills 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin 

Need to commit for 6 months full time (please include your full-time commitment availability for this internship)
