How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Channel Leader to drive our insurance service sales strategy. This position will be responsible for enhancing sales performance in current telemarketing operations and for leading the implementation of innovative processes to increase conversion rates, improve customer experience, and strengthen the overall productivity of the outbound telemarketing channel. The ideal candidate will leverage data, tools, and cross-functional collaboration to boost Insurance Wallet adoption and align with company growth goals.

Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the telemarketing channel, aligned with company-wide objectives. Analyze telemarketing operations and campaigns to identify improvement areas and sales opportunities. Lead initiatives to streamline call flows and implement control mechanisms that optimize team performance. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal departments and call center teams. Prioritize and implement sales initiatives based on data-driven insights and business priorities. Define clear strategies and KPIs for telemarketing agents and support staff. Map and optimize the sales journey across outbound campaigns to improve customer interactions and conversion rates. Develop dashboards to monitor real-time performance metrics of the sales channel. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, testing, and innovation within the telemarketing team. Build and nurture relationships with third-party call center vendors to support campaign execution. Set benchmarks and track performance indicators to measure sales initiative success. Identify evolving customer needs and trends to align sales approaches accordingly. Coordinate agendas and action plans with other team leaders to ensure focus on shared goals. Provide coaching and direction to team members, ensuring regulatory compliance and performance alignment. Oversee telephony and tech capacity of external providers to support volume and sales targets. Communicate campaign performance, goals, and strategic progress with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and partners.
