Paid Media Specialist - Marketing

Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **Primary Function/General Purpose of Position** This role functions to execute the deployment of paid media plans, particularly on programmatic and social platforms. The Paid Media Specialist will oversee and coordinate the builds, ongoing optimizations and reporting of those plans across channels and cross-functional teams and projects. **Essential Job Functions** + Leads the design and execution of paid media builds in advertising platforms (Meta, TTD, Google, Teads, etc). + Acts as platform expert and makes recommendations on audience targeting and campaign goals. + Completes ongoing campaign monitoring and optimizations based on performance data and trend analysis. + Creates ad tests and updates campaigns accordingly. + Manages advertising budgets and devise bid strategies and best practices to maximize ROI. + Monitors and delivers monthly, quarterly and annual campaign reporting. + Responsible for packaging of final deliverables with UTMs and trafficking of creative assets in campaigns. + Manages database of ad specs across vendors for the purpose of assets creation and tracking.
