Basic Qualifications:
  •  Must be 18 years of age or older •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required •  No experience required and on the job training provided
  Preferred Qualifications:
  •  One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred

Direct Drivers: Guide drivers to open parking spots and assist with parking if necessary. Issue Tickets: Provide parking tickets and collect payments. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the parking area clean by picking up trash and debris. Security: Monitor the parking area to prevent theft or damage to vehicles. Customer Assistance: Help customers with vehicle issues such as flat tires or dead batteries. Enforce Rules: Ensure parking rules and regulations are followed and report violations. Minor Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs. Customer Service: Address customer complaints and queries, providing excellent service.
