Our dealership in Prestons currently has an exciting opening for a Parts Sales Representative. In this key customer-facing role, you’ll drive aftersales growth by building strong relationships and promoting our parts and service solutions.

 Your key responsibilities will include:

 

Achieving sales targets and growing parts sales within your Area of Responsibility Visiting and engaging clients to ensure retention and foster new business opportunities Promoting parts and service offers to increase market share Managing sales transactions, credit returns, customer orders, and purchase orders Supporting stock control activities including ordering, stocktaking, and warehousing Assisting with marketing initiatives and customer retention programs Willingness to be on-call for customers needs as required Who are you?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales. Ideally, you will bring:

Previous experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy truck industry Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Availability to travel to meet our customers A team-oriented and self-motivated approach
