Position Summary and Purpose: Contribute to the overall effectiveness of Parts Department with support of our products in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company. Duties and Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL: + Provide parts pricing and delivery to customers and service representatives as requested + Maintain accurate customer information in database + Communicate with purchasing, engineering and manufacturing to obtain timely information regarding availability + Support efforts to collect competitive and VOC (Voice of the Customer) data + Assist other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction + Commitment to company values of continuous improvement Education and Experience: REQUIRED: + High school diploma/GED + Two or more years related experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc. REQUIRED: + Ability to successfully handle customer issues promptly and in a professional manner + Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers and field service + Able to handle high volume of inquiries, with motivation to solve customer concerns and issues + Exceptional customer service skills + Commitment to company Core Values VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED: + Adopt and promote lean practices in all activities, considering the elimination of wasteful resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer Reporting to this Position: None Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
