Position Summary and Purpose: Contribute to the overall effectiveness of Parts Department with support of our products in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
+ Provide parts pricing and delivery to customers and service representatives as requested
+ Maintain accurate customer information in database
+ Communicate with purchasing, engineering and manufacturing to obtain timely information regarding availability
+ Support efforts to collect competitive and VOC (Voice of the Customer) data
+ Assist other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction
+ Commitment to company values of continuous improvement
Education and Experience:
REQUIRED:
+ High school diploma/GED
+ Two or more years related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.
REQUIRED:
+ Ability to successfully handle customer issues promptly and in a professional manner
+ Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers and field service
+ Able to handle high volume of inquiries, with motivation to solve customer concerns and issues
+ Exceptional customer service skills
+ Commitment to company Core Values
