What You’ll Do
Provide top-quality parts, customer service, and technical support to internal and external customers Process stock, emergency, and special orders using IRIUM system Maintain an accurate database of parts and inventory Navigate, research, and select parts using manuals, systems, and technical resources Assist at the parts counter with vendors, customers, and technicians Promote Pengate’s full line of products and services Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Collaborate with teammates to meet department goals Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to provide a safe and professional customer experience Experience in the material handling industry or operation of MHE a plus
Physical & Travel Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and twist continuously Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods Must be able to walk and stand for up to 2 hours Valid driver’s license with ability to drive up to 4 hours Some overnight travel may be required Must be able to talk, hear, and see clearly (close vision and focus adjustments required)
