We have an outstanding Contract position for a PC Refresh Technician to join a leading Company located in the Hill AFB, UT surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
Job Responsibilities:  Assist with the PC refresh project at Hill Air Force Base. Selected candidate will be expected to contact recipients and schedule a time to take new equipment to their desk and perform a hardware refresh, as well as assist with ensuring data is restored. The chosen candidate should also be expected to explain basic functionality of Windows 11 since many users are also migrating from Windows 10 at this time.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Must have excellent customer service skills, along with general knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.1-2 years minimum experience.Knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive as well as mapping network printers.
