Must be able to work as a part of a team to to resolve issues and improve inspection processes Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English) Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects Operating AOI machines to inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for defects such as scratches, stains, missing components, and incorrect placements, then reworking those defects to IPC Standards Conducting visual inspections and using AOI equipment to identify and document defects. Must demonstrate production competency and knowledge of production systems Keeping detailed records of inspection results and machine performance. Ensuring that all inspected boards meet quality standards and specifications Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AOI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
