PD-ICE Finance Analyst

When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution. **In this position...** + As a PD-ICE Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to deliver on Ford’s Cost and Quality initiatives for future Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) programs (Super Duty VN/H/F Commercial). + This position partners with our Product Development team (Cost Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, Program Finance) to source parts and address changes in the regulatory environment. + We are a part of the VHM 4 – ICE Propulsion Thermal Systems Engineering (IPTSE) and VHM5 – Electrified Systems organizations and are relied upon to provide financial guidance, calculate business cases, and maintain accurate reporting for both material cost and investment. + We are a trusted business partner, and you would be empowered to be a controller for your vehicle program’s VHM4 and VHM5 commodities. **What you'll do...** + Lead VHM4 and VHM5 support for the vehicle target setting process (Cost Workshops). + Partner with the Teams of 4 (Cost Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance) to source commodities at or better than target. + Calculate business cases and perform scenario analysis (e.g., IRR) weighing Ford’s cost of debt vs. projected return. + Partner with Unit and Program Finance to accurately report latest VHM4 and VHM5 material cost, investment, and risks & opportunities (R&Os) for pre- programs. + Present milestone financial status to VHM4 and VHM5 matched pairs and finance management. **You'll have...** + Product Development Finance experience. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being comfortable presenting to Operating Management. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, use of AI tools / Power BI to create process efficiencies. + Detail oriented self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset. + Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task in fast paced environment. + Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships with operating partners. **Even better, you may have...** + Master's degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics).
