**Summary**
Do you have experience in human services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the individuals it serves? **Advanced Therapy Solutions** seeks **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)** to provide essential therapy services in **home health, clinic, and a percentage of telehealth.**
As a **COTA** , you will work under the supervision of a **licensed** **occupational therapist** to administer therapy treatments that help individuals improve motor function, coordination, and independence in daily activities. This **includes after-school hours,** and flexible full-time schedules are available.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Administer occupational therapy treatments as outlined by the Occupational Therapist’s plan.
+ Ensure program participants receive scheduled therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Perform active, passive, and resistive therapeutic exercises to enhance motor function.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate therapy modalities, including heating techniques.
+ Fabricate and instruct individuals on using and caring for splints under OT supervision.
+ Train individuals in home and community settings to improve daily living skills and endurance.
+ Maintain a strong understanding of therapy equipment and assist in tracking inventory and supply needs.
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust and coordinate treatment plans.
+ Follow daily scheduling patterns, communicate with staff, and adjust schedules for flexibility.
**Qualifications**
+ **Graduate of an accredited COTA program with an A.A.S. in Occupational Therapy** .
+ **Licensed as a COTA/L in the state** .
+ **Two years of experience in pediatric rehab is preferred** .
+ Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
