People & Culture Business Partner
Description We are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner to join our client's team in the Bridgewater, New Jersey area. This role will focus on driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and partnering with leadership to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and improve overall performance. • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration across teams. • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on complex workplace issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. • Oversee the administration of HR systems, including SuccessFactors and UltiPro, while ensuring data integrity and usability. • Analyze workforce data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. • Develop and implement policies and programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. • Lead projects aimed at improving HR processes and driving continuous improvement. • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration through effective communication and relationship-building. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is preferred. • At least five years of progressive experience in human resources, including leadership roles. • Proficiency in Office tools and demonstrated expertise with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and UltiPro. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. • Extensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. • Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality. • Experience in data analysis to support workforce planning and strategic initiatives. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
