Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Facilitate with the development and definition of ideas that will improve the organization. + Evaluate departments and services in an effort to define best practices and encourage positive and progressive change. + Remain current on healthcare trends and advances. + Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives. + Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change. + Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources. + Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility. + Develop and update the ongoing management plan. + Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed + Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed + Registered Nurse preferred.
