Our client is a prominent New York City (Mid-Town Manhattan) Personal Injury Law Firm. They specialize in representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, worker's compensation, mass tort, and more. The position is full-time in the office.

They are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff Side) to join their team of top-rated attorneys. 

Main Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients to assess their cases. Provide legal advice and outline possible courses of action Investigate accident reports, medical records, and witness statements. Gather and analyze evidence to build a strong case. Consult with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals. Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Seek to maximize settlement amounts before proceeding to trial. Draft legal documents (complaints, motions, & discovery requests). Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions. Present arguments, question witnesses, and advocate on behalf of clients. Keep clients informed about case progress and legal strategies. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the relevant state of New York Must have excellent research and writing skills Experience in personal injury law preferred. (Plaintiff side only)

Salary is between $125,000 - $150,000 + compensation on all cases settled that you originate.  Solid benefits.
