Required qualifications:

Graduate or  PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy. Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License Or Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist Intern License 

Preferred qualifications:

Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
