Emory University Hospital Midtown - Winship (EUHM) is an academic medical center within Emory Healthcare (EHC) that serves a high acuity patient population.
We are actively recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager position at Emory University Hospital Midtown -Winship (Peachtree campus) Department of Pharmacy. This leader will have oversight over our Winship Infusion Clinic Pharmacy location.
The Pharmacy Manager will support leading and coordinating the operational needs of the department, including but not limited to staff supervision, supply chain management, regulatory compliance, multidisciplinary collaboration, quality oversight, and practice model advancement to support the mission and vision of the organization. The manager will work collaboratively with the Pharmacy leadership team, Nursing, providers, Human Resources and Pharmacy Informatics partners to ensure best practices in the medication use process for all areas of oversight.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Georgia.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.Four (4) years of hospital Pharmacist experience OR PG1 with two (2) years of hospital Pharmacist experience OR PG2; one (1) year of managerial experience preferred.Preferred Experience / Skills / CertificationsOne (1) year of managerial experience preferred.Master's degree preferred.
