**Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** Physical Therapist performs patient evaluations, develops treatment plans and sets goals for treatment. Communicates patient status, progress, and discharge recommendations to the interdisciplinary team. Oversees the provision of service by technicians and assistants as required.
