We want you to apply! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Physician Liaison will assist the hospital CEO and Director of Marketing & Business Development in identifying, planning, developing, and executing local sales strategies and programs that build outpatient services case volume in a given market. This position will **What you will do in this role:** + Work closely with hospital leadership to provide a focal point for the direction of sales initiatives designed to increase incremental case volume. + Build volume at the hospital through one-on-one sales calls with local physicians designed to assess their needs and expectations and how our facilities measure against these expectations. + Manage full-time physician recruitment. + Maintain a high level of confidentiality based on the sensitive nature of information handled in this position. + Identify opportunities to take action to build strategic relationships to achieve goals. + Serve as a resource in an effective manner to other departments as needed. **What qualifications you will need:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred + Prior sales or related experience required.
