**Job Description** **As the O9 System Champion, you will:** + **Lead Mexico Demand & Supply Planning Transformation:** Be the strategic interface between commercial, demand, and supply teams. Drive the demand management agenda for Mexico, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. + **Champion O9 System Adoption:** Facilitate the deployment and continuous improvement of the O9 platform. Serve as the main point of contact for process alignment, system use, issue resolution, and optimization opportunities. + **Support Forecasting Excellence:** Partner with modeling and analytics teams to ensure accurate statistical forecasting, consumption-based planning, and integration of customer and product-level forecasts. + **Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Connect key functions (commercial, customer service, replenishment, fulfillment, and supply planning) to align on business drivers and improve forecast accuracy. + **Enable Capability Building:** Lead training, onboarding, and coaching for end users to build robust system adoption. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in planning. + **Drive Issue Resolution & Change Management:** Support stakeholder analysis, validate change impacts, and help manage the transition from legacy systems to O9 with minimal business disruption. + **Ensure Business Continuity Post-Go-Live:** Provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases, including monitoring adoption KPIs, briefing end users, and resolving issues as they arise. **What You’ll Bring** + A strong desire to lead transformation in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. + Proven experience in supply chain planning, particularly in demand planning, IBP, and system implementations. + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels. + A problem-solving mindset and ability to work with ambiguity. + Passion for technology, data, and innovation in planning. **More about this role** + Bachelor’s degree required + 5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles, with proven success in IBP, demand planning, and process transformation + Strong knowledge of end-to-end planning concepts and planning systems (O9 preferred, APO and SAP experience desirable) + Experience collaborating with cross-functional and senior-level stakeholders + Project leadership experience, including governance and training support + Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish fluency required No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
